1. Should give a DD in favour of the Company.
2. THE AGREEMENT WILL BE VALID FOR 55 MONTHS ONLY.
3. RENEWAL WILL BE DONE ONLY AFTER 55 MONTHS.
4. IF THE BUSINESS PARTNER WANTS TO QUIT FROM THE COMPANY BEFORE THE SAID PERIOD 25% OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED BY THE COMPANY BEFORE REFUNDING OF THE AMOUNT.
5. IF THE COMPANY FACES ANY OF TECHNICAL FAULT FOR ANY SITES THE COMPANY HAS EVERY RIGHT TO ALTER OR CANCEL THOSE SITES .
